in a legal and tax optimized structure. We put in place the combined

Bank seeking for international very wealthy clients Pan European
tax wrappers
Our client is the wealth management division of a global bank. One
category of its customers are very wealthy families with estate
and holdings spread across Europe. The wealth management division
was seeking for a solution provider able to deliver and service
a EU25 compliant tax wrapper around the discretionary portfolios
managed and custodied by the bank. We found that provider, helped
the wealth management division run the due diligence process on
the provider and put in place the contractual infrastructure between
all involved parties.
